kind staff upgraded room 24-hour vet dated room bathroom mirror full-length mirror
the staff were very good. sylvie was kind to upgrade our room. alessandro found a 24-hour vet. he arranged a taxi to the vet and pharmacy.
the rooms seemed slightly dated. there's no mirror except in the bathroom. there was no full-length mirror provided. no iron or ironing board was available.

i stayed in february 2025. the included breakfast had many options. staff were consistently available when i needed them. front desk workers ordered white taxis. umbrellas were available on a rainy day.
the only drawers were low down. they were not convenient. a full length mirror was missing in the room. i could not see myself when dressing.
